Payment and Postage

I accept payment by cheque, postal order and paypal from UK buyers. At the moment I can only accept payment online via paypal from international buyers. You do not have to be a paypal member to make payment this way.

Postage starts at £2.00 for the UK, £2.50 for Europe and £3.00 worldwide. You can pay extra to have your package sent by an expedited service which is also insured against loss or damage.

I aim to post your items within 48 hours of payment receipt. I will package your item securely to minimise the risk of damage as it travels through the postal system. I accept no liability for items lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds and Returns

I hope you are very happy with your purchases but if you are unhappy in any way then please email me to let me know. I am happy to accept returns on unworn items (excluding earrings) returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

If your item is damaged or lost I will file a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days have elapsed and any refunds due to loss or damage are wholly dependent on Royal Mail investigations.

P&P (both ways) in all cases is non-refundable.
